Discrimination on the Job
questions & answers
Question: I have a right to sue letter from the EEOC I wanted more information and calrification on this letter and had a few other questions. I have a discrimination case with the EEOC and retaliation one as well
Answer: You can call or write to the EEOC and request clarification and additional information. However, you may need additional help in suing your former employer. You need to talk to a lawyer, preferably one who practices employment law. Some of these lawyers take cases on a contingent fee basis. They do not charge you by the hour. Rather they accept an agreed upon percentage of what they recover for you as their fee. Check the State Bar's website for employment law attorneys. http://www.azbar.org is the website address.
