Discrimination on the Job
questions & answers
Question: I know blacklisting is illegal but is very difficult to prove unless there is a written paper trail. I believe in my case there is no paper trail it is all word of mouth. Is there anything I can do?
Answer: A. The person filing a legal claim against others is called the "plaintiff.” Plaintiffs must be able to prove their claim in court. You could seek advice about your claim from an attorney who will advise you about the law and what you need to prove your claim in court.
