Question: I have a mentaly disabled daughter that is 20 yrs old. She is wanting to give up her rights to make all decisions because she is scared she is going to make bad ones. What can i do and how do i do it????

Answer: You may want to look into guardianship of your adult daughter.  Go to:  https://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/ProbateCases/index.asp for forms and instructions on how to apply.  You may also want to contact an attorney regarding your rights, that of the child and how to go about obtaining guardianship.
