Question: I need to rewrite my will for a third time. The two people I had named as 'Executors' have both passed away. I do not have anyone to act as my Executor. I would like to leave my estate to my college alma mater. How do I handle this in my will?

Answer: Your college alma mater may have an Advancement Dept. that would explain how you go about leaving your estate to them. They can give you the options available (for instance a planned gift to the university). They will give you the language to be used in your will. You may want to contact an attorney to assist you in revising your will to leave the university your estate.
