Question: I have a court date of 4/4/16 to address a Class 2 Misdemeanor at Gilbert Municipal Court. This is in reference to a Landlord (me) Tenant dispute. Tenant claims that I "damaged" Wicker furniture that was apparently left behind as trash when Tenant vacated property. How can I secure legal representation for this case?
