Question: Can a drone follow you ?
Answer: There is currently no state or federal law that prevents drones from being used for surveillance. Because this is a relatively new area of technology and concern, the law has not yet expanded to include it. However, it might soon. For example, Arizona House Bill 13-3007 was proposed specifically to limit and (in some cases) ban the use of drones for surveillance. It has not yet become law, but it might.
