Question: I have a court trial coming up. I recently put some subpoenas in 7 to be exact, and with in 16 hours had the courts call me to have pre-trial hearing in judges chambers, concerning subpoenas. I've never heard of this and was wondering what I should expect, how to carry myself, etc... Thanks

Answer: First and foremost, be respectful to the judge and court personnel. You should dress neat and clean, no torn jeans, tee shirts, flip flops and address the judge as Your Honor.
