That article dicusses how a person would apply to have his or her conviction set aside. It states, "a person would file a request with the Superior Court in the county where the conviction occurred. For a federal conviction, a person would submit an application to the Superior Court in the county where that person lives."
Here is the link to the Pima County Superior Court webpage, to find out more about setting aside convictions where charges originated in Pima County. Keep in mind that not every conviction can be set aside. The Article also states the types of convictions that cannot be set aside.
