Expunging or sealing records
questions & answers
Question: If I was arrested for domestic violence, but my case was dismissed. Can the case be expunging?
Answer: Arizona does not expunge records instead it does set asides. Set asides show that you have fulfilled your obligations to the court and society but still show a conviction on your record. However, set asides only apply to certain convictions. For more information read this article, https://www.azlawhelp.org/articles_info.cfm?mc=13&sc=66&articleid=147.
