How do I get the forms needed to set aside or expunge my criminal record from Graham county and do I need an attorney to do this for me?

To get the forms needed to set aside a conviction, a person would file a request with the Superior Court in the county where the conviction happened. For federal convictions, a person would submit an application to the Superior Court in the county where the person lives.
