Question: What if my employer does not believe my doctor?
Answer: If your employer does not believe your doctor, then it can require you to see a second doctor of its choice, as long as the employer pays for the second visit. If the second doctor disagrees with your doctor's diagnosis, your employer has to pay for a third doctor's opinion, which will be the final decision.
