If you do not have your health plans phone number you can visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) link on MyAHCCCS.com or go to http://www.azahcccs.gov/Services/HealthPlans.asp to search for health plans. You may also call 1-800-962-6690 for help (602-417-7000 in Maricopa County).
