AHCCCS Medical Program
questions & answers
Question: I am already covered by AHCCCS. I was recently married and was wondering if I can add my husband to be covered under my insurance?
Answer: AHCCCS allows those covered to add a spouse and make other adjustments to their plan. The AHCCCS website provides information regarding how to add new members to an existing plan. Changes in family members, household income, or any other changes you wish to report must be submitted to MyFamilyBenefits. You will need your AZTECS case number to log into the website. Adding a spouse will adjust the total gross monthly income limit, and is a factor that should be noted. For more information click here.
