Question: My husband was apprehended from ice. And now was charged with reentry. He is sent for removal. How can I stop the removal so he can stay here. And what forms will I need to fill out. My husband has been here for 15years has 5 children went to school here and has all his immediate family here.he also has criminal trespass from 2011 and a marijuana violation from 2007 on his record also this recent one reentry charge.what can I do for him to stop removal and get permission for him to be here legally?????
