Question: My son purchased a home for me. I have lived in it for 16 months. Now he wants me out of the house. Everyone knows the House was given to me. My other son lives with me. When he closed on the Home he put it in an LLC. Not sure if my name is on the LLC or not. I honestly did not think about it at time of closing. It’s a townhome in Scottsdale. I’m on SS and have limited income. My son was diagnosed with mental disorders recently

Answer: This question is far too complicated and case specific to answer in a question and answer format such as this.  You really need to speak with a lawyer.  There are 3 programs in Arizona that you can use to get some inexpensive legal advice and guidance.  One is the Modest Means Program.  If you are qualified for the program, for a $75 fee, Modest Means  will arrange a one hour consult with an experienced attorney.  The telephone number is (866)637-5341.  Both the Maricopa and Pima County Bar Associations have lawyer referral programs that offer a 30 minute consult with an experienced attorney.  Maricopa County's Lwyer Referral Service offers a 30 minute consult for a fee of $40.  The telephone number is (602) 257-4434.  Pima County's Lawyer Referral Service offers a 30 minute consultutation for a fee of $35.  The telephone number is (520) 623-4625. Another option is to fill out an application which is located on this website to see if you qualify for a pro bono attorney.  Before you consult with anyone, it may be worthwhile to check with the county recorder's office to find the name of the LLC listed on the deed.  Once you have that, you can look up the names of the principals in the LLC.  The Arizona Corporation Commission should have that information online at http://ecorp.azcc.gov/
