Question: What do I need to do about getting my kids from my husband who doesn't even care for them properly? And IF my fincaee has a weed card does that stop me from having my kids full time?

According to A.R.S. 25-403, Arizona courts will make determinations of child custody, or “legal decision-making and parenting time,” in accordance with the best interests of the child after considering a variety of factors which can be seen by reading the statute itself. The child custody determination is within the discretion of the court and so it is difficult to determine how the factors will apply to individual situations.
