Emancipation
questions & answers
Question: How much does it cost in total to be emancipated in Arizona?
Answer: There are many things to take into consideration for emancipation besides the fees. There is a booklet you can download at http://www.azcourts.gov/selfservicecenter/SelfServiceForms/EmancipationofaMinor.aspx. The information contains what you need to have in order to be emancipated. You can pick up a packet of information at the Superior Court house. There is also a place at the courts (the Self Help Service Desk) where they have forms for all fees and for waivers if you need it. You may need to consult with an attorney to see if you meet all the qualifications for emancipation.
