Question: Is there any way to get a domestic violence charge dropped?? I am the victim and my boyfriend is the accused. Plz respond asap
Answer:
In Arizona, the prosecutor determines whether to proceed with or drop charges. He or she must establish probable cause which can be done a couple of ways, however the individual victim of a crime typically cannot drop charges his or herself.
