Answer:

Arizona is a community property state.  The statutes of community property can be found under title 25 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS 25-211 thru ARS 25-218).  Property is divided during a divorce or dissolution of marriage.  All community property is divided up equitably or equally between spouses while a spouse's separate property remains their individual property (ARS 25-318).   To learn more about what items are community property refer to statutes ARS 25-211 (community property) ARS 25-213 (separate property).
