Arizona is a community property state. The statutes of community property can be found under title 25 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS 25-211 thru ARS 25-218). Property is divided during a divorce or dissolution of marriage. All community property is divided up equitably or equally between spouses while a spouse's separate property remains their individual property (ARS 25-318).
