Divorce & Annulment
questions & answers
Question: Where can I go to get the appropriate form to "Petition for Annulment"? I have taken two different sets of forms to the court and both have been denied.
Answer:
If you live in Yavapai County, you can find the online form for annulment on the Court website. If you do not live in Yavapai County, you should contact your local superior court and ask about its local requirements and procedures. You may also want to ask if it has annulment forms available at the actual courthouse.
