Divorce & Annulment
questions & answers
Question: How do I download the forms for annulment
Answer: Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 25-301 states "Superior courts may dissolve a marriage and may adjudge a marriage to be null and void when the cause alleged constitutes an impediment rendering the marriage void." In other words annulment voids the marriage as though it never existed and is available only when there was a legal impediment at the time of the marriage. If you believe your marriage was legally flawed from the beginning and you intend to pursue annulment, you can find the forms on the Superior Court's website. Go to http://www.azcourts.gov/selfservicecenter/, click on the self-service center, go to the county where you reside, and access the family law forms. Both Maricopa and Coconino county court websites have a category labeled annulment. I did not find the annulment category on Pima County's website, but it may be included with divorce forms.
