Question: Can one file for an Annulment OR a Divorce at the same time? The concern is if Annulment is not granted, would one need to refile for divorce. Thank you

Answer: An annulment voids the marriage meaning it was never legally valid.  A divorce terminates or ends  the marriage.  You may wish to speak with an attorney as to what is best for your situation.
