Divorce & Annulment
questions & answers
Question: How does my granddaughter get an annulment? She has no income.
Answer: If your granddaughter lives in Maricopa or Pima County, she can go to the Superior court's Self help desk. They have forms andinformation to file an annulment. They also have a waiver of fees form attached, so she would not have to pay for the fees. You can go to: https://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/FamilyCourt/index.asp If she is outside of these counties, most other counties in Arizona will accept the Maricopa county Forms. She may want to contact an attorney regarding advise.
