questions & answers

Question: I am out of State and was told I need to petition the judge to accept the parenting class. I do not know what form to use to petition the judge to accept the class.

Answer: The following is provided for general information only. To find out how the law applies to a specific situation, contact an attorney directly. Depending on which court is handling your case you will need to check their website for the proper forms. For example, Maricopa County has their forms in a self-service area of their website. Calling the court clerk and asking which forms are required could also be a helpful tactic.  You can find contact information for your local court here.
