questions & answers
Question: I am trying to find out the total that I have paid on arrearages from 1996 - 2008 I don't know how to access my history.
Answer: You can order a history through the Clerk of the Superior Court in the county where your case was filed. Start by checking the Clerk of the Court's website for your county, if one exists, to see if they have links regarding support histories. For example, the Clerk of the Court for Maricopa County Superior Court does have a link for support histories where instructions for obtaining a history can be found. Here is the link for Maricopa County. You can also physically go to your Superior Court and obtain a printed history from the filing counter clerks. There is a fee for history prints. In Maricopa County the fee is $26.00. PLEASE NOTE, this fee can vary from county to county. In order to obtain the printout you will need your case number and/or your Atlas number, which is the 12-digit account number for your case.
