Child Support
questions & answers
Question: How can I get a record of my payments to my child. I keep my records but the Arizona child support is asking for arrears. I have never missed a payment. How can I get a record of payments that I have sent. Thank you.
Answer: You can request a Support Payment History from the Clerk of the Court in the Superior Court of the county in which your case is located. Some courts have the information as to how to request a payment history online. In Maricopa County, you can find a description of how to obtain your payment history on the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court's website.
