Question: My ex lost his job in March of this year, he hasn't worked since then. What is the typical course of action when something like this happens? Does a letter get sent to him? Is he required to notify the courts? Any information regarding this process would be alot of help, thanks in advance.
Answer: If the ex has lost his job and cannot pay the amount, the courts should be notified. AZLAWHELP has an article online at: http://azlawhelp.org/articles_info.cfm?mc=1&sc=2&articleid=53 that should help. You can also go to the AZ Courts website for more information on forms and where to file the changes. Go to: http://www.azcourts.gov/familylaw/
