Child Support
questions & answers
Question: Orig divorce decree and child support orders were in AZ. I now live in WA state with our child; father remains in AZ. Our child will be 18 next year but will graduate at age 19 from HS. He is deemed disabled. Father and I are in agreement re: extending child support beyond HS through community college and longer, if necessary. We know what to do re: notifying the OCSE that the child will be a full-time student in HS beyond 18. What we don't know how to handle is extending beyond HS. Do we modify existing decree/child support or new petition for this thru Superior Court in Mohave Cty? Thanks.

The links below provide the forms necessary for modifying legal decision making, parent time, and support. You will need to go through Mohave County Superior Courts when turning in the forms.
