Question: How do I get my ATLAS number, I already have one, just don't know what it is?
Answer: According to the Arizona Department of Economic Security: "If you do not receive services from DCSS, your Arizona Tracking and Location Automated System (ATLAS) case number will not be recognized by our phone system. You will need to contact the Clerk of Court office where you obtained your order for assistance. If you do receive services from DCSS, please check your court order and any recent correspondence from the DCSS. Your ATLAS case number is listed on the court order and on all correspondence that we send to you. Or, you may obtain your ATLAS case number by telephone by contacting our Customer Service Department at 602-252-4045. Press option 2 for all other services, press options 1 for custodial parent or option 2 for non-custodial parent. You then press 1 because you have an existing case and then to proceed press option 1 again. This automated system then will ask you to enter your ATLAS case number 3 times; if you do not enter any information, the system gives you option 2 to speak with an agent. Please be advised that this agent will verify your demographic information and provide you with an ATLAS case number and then transfer you to obtain a pin number. Once you have obtained a pin number, the automated system will provide you with case status, payment information and the last 10 actions taken on your case. In the event you need to speak with an agent you may press option 7."
