Question: I am seeking to get sole custody of my daughter as well as child support from the father. He is not aware that I am beginnning this process. I got the paperwork I need to file. After looking it over, I noticed that I need information (SSN, income, etc.) of his that I don't know. I don't think he'll give me this info willingly. Am I required to have all of this information before filing the paperwork?
