Question: If I had a girlfriend when I was young and she get pregnen .But I did not see her for years she can come and asking me for child support and I have to pay her.

Answer:

Per ARS 25-501 (http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/25/00501.htm&Title=25&DocType=ARS), as the biological parent, an individual has obligations to provide support for the child:
“Except as provided in subsection F of this section, every person has the duty to provide all reasonable support for that person's natural and adopted minor, un-emancipated children, regardless of the presence or residence of the child in this state. In the case of mentally or physically disabled children, if the court, after considering the factors set forth in section 25-320, subsection D, deems it appropriate, the court may order support to continue past the age of majority.”
