Child Support
questions & answers
Question: how can i file for child support
Answer:
There are three ways to establish a child support order: through an attorney, through the Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE), or through a county superior court’s Self-Service Center. To find an attorney use the State Bar of Arizona’s website’s “Find a Lawyer” link. For more information on how to file a child support order through the DCSE click here or use the DES locator to find a local office. To find a local superior court use the court locator here. For most counties the child support forms can be found in the superior court’s Self-Service Center.
