Question: How do I get my Atlas number?
Answer:
You may want to review the frequently asked questions on the Department of Economic Security's website for information on child support and the Arizona Tracking and Location Automated System (ATLAS) number.
For someone who does not receive services from DCSE, the ATLAS case number can be identified by contacting the Clerk of Court office where the person obtained his or her order for assistance.
For someone who receives services from DCSE, the ATLAS number should be on the court order from DCSE. The ATLAS case number should also be listed on all materials sent by DCSE related to the matter. The DCSE Customer Service Department at 602-252-4045 can also provide an ATLAS number.
