Visitation
questions & answers
Question: So i have a 3 year old undesignated felony on my record and i wanted to know if any one has an idea if it would be a problem for me, if i applied to visit an inmate??? Any one please
Answer: It will depend on where you are attempting to visit the inmate. If it is the Maricopa County Jail, then you would not be able to visit the inmate in person. If it is the Department of Corrections, you would need to go through the process to apply. If you have an undesignated felony, you should apply to the court to have it reduced to a misdemeanor if you are eligible so it is not an issue.
