Visitation
questions & answers
Question: During Thanksgiving holiday the paper states the vistation ends at 6pm but the weekend falls on the custodial parent. Does the non custodial get the kids
Answer: Assuming the paper states that visitation ends at 6pm on Thanksgiving day, it can be assumed that the non custodial parent is allowed to see their children until 6pm on that day. Then after that, the custodial parent is permitted to take the children back to his or her place for regular weekend visitation rights.
