Question: My daughter has left her husband of 9 years and moved in with an abusive man. I am her father and had been her 3 year old son's full time sitter for his whole life. Now the father is not providing visitation for me. What forms do I need to petition for grandparent visitation.

Most county superior courts have a court self-service center with a list of forms to file. For example, Maricopa County Superior Court has a section on grandparent visitation.  To find the website of of the various county courts, the Arizona Supreme Court has a court locator that may be helpful.
