Paternity
questions & answers
Question: My cousin. Is claiming. To be pregnant. With twins. From my boyfriend. We want a paternity test is there anyway. We can get it court ordered. If she dont want to take it
Answer: This is for general purposes and if you would like specific information on how to handle your situation please contact an attorney. A person may request a paternity test under ARS 25-816. This statute allows the court to order the mother, suspected father and child(ren) to submit to a mandatory paternity test. Information about how a person can ask for this order can be found on most Superior Court Self Service Centers under "establishing paternity". For Maricopa County Superior Court click here.
