Question: I've been served by the non-custodial parent for joint custody and modification of support. How do I file a response? I have 20 days and I don't know which form to use.
If you are in Maricopa County, you can find an alphabetical listing of the forms needed for family court at the Maricopa County Superior Court. Also, the court has a self service center to be able to assist you, as well as a list of attorney who can help you with completing your forms.
