Question: Im the father of a ten year old boy who wants to live with me, he tells his mother but she tells him he cant until he is old enough,is there an age limit or is it up to the court?

Answer:

Decisions about custody are determined by the court under and what the court deems to be in the "best interest" of the child.  "Best Interest" is defined under A.R.S. 25-403.
