Question: The mother of the children gave me custody the second week of October 2019 she has not provided for the children whatsoever in anyway because she gave me custody of the children does that give me for Cassidy of them

Answer: More information would be needed to answer this question.  Are you the father of the child?  Are you talking about going through the court to give you legal custody?  Custody is now called legal decision-making by the courts. A mother with custody of her children can only hand over legal custody to another by going through the court and obtaining a court order.  You need to sit down with an attorney and go over any legal paperwork you have.
