Child Custody
questions & answers
Question: where or how can I obtain a copy of the court order for child custody/child support
Answer: You can get a copy of the court order from the Clerk of the Court's office. You may also be able to get a copy on-line if you have your case number. If you need a certified copy, your best option is to visit the Clerk's office at the courthouse. You need to know if you are looking for a minute entry ( a dictated order by the judge) or a signed former order drafted by a lawyer. The personnel in the County Clerk's office can assist you if you call or go in person. If you do not need your copy to be certified, go to the clerk's office on the court's website and look at "minute entries." Go to: https://www.azcourts.gov/AZ-Courts/Superior-Court
