Question: What do I do if my ex registered my daughter for kindergarten and we have 50/50 yet she didn't include me and we live an hour away from each other

Answer: I am not quite sure what you mean by we have 50/50, but it is important to remember there is a difference between Legal Decision Making and Parenting Time in the state of Arizona. Under the A.R.S. 25-403.01 a court can grant joint or sole Legal Decision Making. If you do not have the right of Legal Decision Making over your daughter, you can petition to modify your current custody by visiting, either in person or online, your local superior court self-help center. There you will find all the paperwork needed along with instructions of how to properly complete the forms.
