Question: i am a single mother who recently had been broken up with by my daughters dad and im worried about the safty of my daughters well being. I am the only one on the birth certificate and we were never married. her father drinks and drives with his other child tycen in the car i seen it and i have a witness that chewed him out for it and called me about it right after i had seen him drive by my house driving drunk with his other child tycen in the car after he went to play a game of golf. I have medical and school and DES for my child and a steady home for her.do i have primary of my daughter
