Question: Mother of my children has filed a petition to modify child custody. I currently have sole legal custody and I'm having a hard time obtaining the form to file a response.
Answer: The superior courts in the various counties may have forms online. The Arizona Supreme Court has a Court Locator to find a specific superior court. Additionally, the document "Things you should know about child custody and parenting time" discusses matters related to child custody and has a listing for suprior court clerks on page 25.
