Question: My grandson cannot afford an attorney. Is there a way he can file for custody of his son free of charge?
It is important to understand that there are in fact filing fees even without an attorney but an individual can file a fee deferral form in order to waive the filing fees, if of course, the individual is applicable. If in Maricopa County, the Superior court contact information is Central Court Building (CCB) 201 W.
