Child Support
questions & answers
Question: I have sent the Other Party's income request form to his employer twice and haven't received a response. What should I do next in order to get his income information so I can modify child support?
Answer: You may want to consult an attorney for more information about how to write and file the appropriate motions with the court. Generally A.R.S. Rules of Fam. Law Proc. Rule 65 (https://govt.westlaw.com/azrules/Document/N9B189070997311DD9D86CB92C01FC325?viewType=FullText&originationContext=documenttoc&transitionType=CategoryPageItem&contextData=(sc.Default)) states if the other party has failed to respond to a discovery request, you may file a motion to compel disclosure of evidence and for appropriate sanctions with the court.
