Answer: The Maricopa County Superior Court has a self-service center where people can find forms available to download for free. The packets include instructions and forms available. There are forms to request a deferral of fees. This can be found at: http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/DeferralOfCourtFees/defer_gnf.asp Unfortunately there is not a dedicated place available to assist with completing forms.
