  • My apt complex rented me a place that has black mold growing inside the walls and they are giving me a hard time about doing anything my neighbor has pictures showing the black mold from last March and they wont see them or do anything about it. What can I do. Can I break my lease do to unhealthy living conditions. can I sue them

  • paid application fee (30.00), and was approved during special of 99.00 per month advertisement. Contacted mgmt, then was told there was nothing available, requested return of 30.00 app fee (denied)told non-refundable. How can they take a app or a fee if nothing is available. When lot came available, because of timing had no choice but to take, but we were told rent was now 295.00 instead of 99.00 even after being approved at special offering but nothing available. Do I have any recourse, and now 7 months later 99.00 special is available. Any Help would be great. thanks for the help

  • I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. He does drugs and has a new girlfriend pregnant. I do not want either of them to obtain children EVER. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents.
