Iattempted suicideby bringing a propane tank into my home, letting it run gas, then igniting it. I was badly burned, arrested for arson of an occupied structure (me), a class 2 felony. I was held 4 days and released because no charges were filed. Are charges likely to be filed? Am I likely to go to prison? I have no priors. I plan to seek psychiatric help and counseling as I feel it is needed. Would or could that help my cause if I am charged and arrested? Thank you.

I've owned my mobile home for 6 years now and the new owners of the mobile home park are now asking me to pay 100$ non refundable deposit for my dogs. Can this legally be done? I not renting any kind of structure, just the plot of dirt. Please advise

I have had someone living with me for the past 3 years as somewhat of a caregiver. I have lupus and Fybromyalgia and there are days when I can not function. I never know when something will happen. I live in an apartment andhave for 6 years. All the other managers knew that someone was with me and why and it was okay. Now we have a new management company who said that he has to fill out a credit report and since he is not working, they said that he has to let them know who is buying the soap, toilet tissue, toothpaste, etc. Since he does not have a job, he does get food stamps. Now, my question is..is it legal for them to ask him who pays for what. I don't think they can ask him that because that has nothing to do with adding him to the lease.

I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT SAME UNIT FOR THREE YEARS. ALWAYS I PAY MY RENT ON TIME CAUSE NO TROUBLE TO STAFF OR OTHER RESIDENTS, HARDLY ANY MAINTENANCE REQUIRED IN MY UNIT BECAUSE I RESPECT OTHERS’ PROPERTY. SO, BECAUSE HUD HAS CHOSEN TO TRY AND GET A BUNCH OF PROPERTIES REFINANCED AND SWITCH TO A CONFUSING TAX CREDIT - OR PROJECT-BASED SYSTEM, I AM NOW BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD NOW NEED TO ‘earn’ 3X my current income = 3X $851.00 a month. I am VLI, formerly homeless briefly, compliant with my treatment every day since 2013 etc. I want to be grandfathered in terminable for cause only again.

Informed my complex that I was shopping for a house 7 months ago. At that time I asked what was needed to break the leases, afraid I would have to pay both a lease and a mortgage. They told me I would just be responsible for a 60 day notice and a fine of approximately $45 for every month I received a discounted rate by signing a 13 month lease. I learned the day before the prorated rent was due, I was also responsible for a full months rent, I do not have the funds. I paid the prorated. Is there a standard of time that I can make payments before it goes to collections? Please help.

I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. He does drugs and has a new girlfriend pregnant. I do not want either of them to obtain children EVER. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents. I love them to much to have them suffer. Guardian since 2010, they are age 9 and 6. suggestions?

I made my property manager aware of plumbing issues and the foundation of the home caving, he said he'd send a plumber. He didn't and did nothing about the foundation, I'm currently renting a motel rm. How can I be protected by this? What laws protect me?
