  • I am wanting to get my certified license to become a auto recovery specialist and need to know what felonies will stop me from getting certified or are the any that will stop me from getting it. And of there are felonies that will stop me how can I get it fixed to where I can get it
  • I've had a leak in the wall in my kitchen from the unit above me, I submitted a maintenance request, the maintenance department falsely closed out the request without taking care of the issue and said there was no signs of leakage. I informed property management of the issue, they got a maintenance man to come to my unit and upon first sight he noticed that it was a major problem and stated that he would come back on Monday 01/06/2020 when his supervisor was on duty and has not returned. The leak has been going on for months. I'm sure that there may be mildew by now. What are my rights?

  • I have lived in a residence in Arizona since 2007. The lease expired in 2009 and by agreement with the owner was allowed to live without a lease and rent free since then. I called him on the 15th I didn't have all of the rent. He is now telling me I have 2 days to get out.Does he have to do the eviction process all over again for November's rent?
